MacDermid Inks 45K-SF Office Lease on Atlanta’s Upper Westside
Atlanta-based flexographic and printing solutions company MacDermid Graphics Solutions has signed a 45,000-square-foot office lease for a new headquarters at The Works, an 80-acre mixed-use development on Atlanta’s Upper Westside.
MacDermid will also be establishing a new concept at the property, The Flexo Xperience Center (The FXC). The relocation and flexo center are scheduled to open by the end of this year at 500 Chattahoochee Row at The Works. The Works is also home to multiple retailers and restaurants, such as Dr. Scofflaw’s, Ballard Designs, Adelina Social Goods, BOBO Intriguing Objects, Basik Spaces, Stellar Bodies, Les Mains Nail Bar and Chattahoochee Food Works, a 31-stall food hall.
“This move and the opening of The FXC represents the way forward for MacDermid as we become even more forward-thinking and continue pioneering creative ideas that enhance the flexographic printing industry on an international scale,” said Brad Wills, global senior vice president at MacDermid. “We’re also excited to be based in The Works with a modern learning environment and innovative workplace our customers and employees look forward to experiencing.”
