M2 Ingredients Inks Long-Term Industrial Lease

M2 Ingredients recently committed to a long-term lease valued at $20.5 million for a 155,000-square-foot single-tenant industrial building located at 1395 Park Center Dr. in Vista. The new facility will serve as the company’s corporate headquarters and main warehouse for the manufacturing and distribution of its whole food mushroom powders.

The freestanding facility features 20,000 square feet of office space (13 percent), four dock-high doors, eight grade-level doors and 135,000 square feet of warehouse space with 4,000 amps 277/480-volt power.

Lee & Associates’ Marko Dragovic, Isaac Little and Tim Moore of Lee & Associates North San Diego County represented the tenant. Aric Starck and Brant Aberg of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Alpha Industrial Properties in the transaction.

“Due to M2’s rapid growth and immediate demand for larger industrial space, we were able to negotiate favorable terms with the landlord quickly and secure a long-term lease in a very competitive industrial market,” said Dragovic.
