NJ Lyndhurst Diner Redevelopment Sold for $3M 

Lyndhurst Diner Redevelopment in Lyndhurst, New Jersey, was sold for $2.9 million.  

Located at 540 Riverside Ave, the property consists of 1.07 contiguous acres across three lots at the cross streets of Riverside Avenue and Kingsland Avenue, situated beyond the DeJessa Bridge that links Lyndhurst to Belleville/Nutley and Route 21.  

Alan Cafiero, David Cafiero, and John Moroz, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey office, represented the seller and facilitated the sale to two New Jersey-based LLCs.
