LV Collective Considering Two UT-Area High-Rises
LV Collective is looking at building two residential towers that will likely become student housing. The Austin Business Journal reports the company has acquired three lots near campus where plans are suggesting nearly identical 38-40 story buildings. Public documents indicate the project will consist of sizable rooms, indicative of a student housing project.
The planned 400 foot towers would have approximately 210 units ranging from studios to six-bedroom apartments. The first tower, called the Court of Three Sisters, would rise on two lots totaling nearly half an acre at 504 W. 24th St. and 2405 Nueces St. The other tower, to be called Arconia, will be directly across the street. The location is currently a sorority parking lot.
STG Design is attached as architect to both projects.
LV Collective, formerly Lincoln Ventures had 456 units under development or completed in 2022 in Austin, plus 1,359 units developed elsewhere.
