Luxury Watch Brands to Open in Boston 

Swiss luxury watch brands IWC Schaffhausen and Panerai are set to open in the former Burberry building on Newbury Street., Boston, which stood vacant for several years, reported by Boston Business Journal.  

Meanwhile, Vacheron Constantin is set to open nearby, with Patek Philippe, Hublot, and Breitling also planning boutiques on the block closest to the Public Garden. The arrivals signal a revival for Newbury Street, which faced around 60 vacancies in 2020 but now has fewer than 10.
