Luxury Vintage and Secondhand Retailer Relocates to Houston Street

Manhattan Skyline Management Corp. arranged a new long-term lease with No Standing NYC, a luxury vintage and secondhand retailer, at 65-69 W. Houston St., a street-level location at the intersection of SoHo and Greenwich Village. No Standing NYC will occupy a 1,320-square-foot space on the SoHo side of West Houston Street.

No Standing NYC was founded in 2019 by New Yorkers Sari Cattan and Helena Dweck, who started out curating and selling their favorite pieces from their grandmothers’ closets and now source items from around the world. The boutique, previously located at 74 Grand St. and now open by appointment only at 131 Varick St., is expected to move to its new location at the end of November.

“Sari and Helena are quintessential New Yorkers whose passion for luxury fashion and commitment to authenticity has established No Standing NYC as an important part of the fabric of the neighborhood,” said Joshua Roth, SVP of retail at Manhattan Skyline Management Corp., who handled the deal on behalf of Manhattan Skyline.
