Luxury Retailer Aritzia Opens First Location in Kansas

Vancouver-based retailer Aritzia, a luxury women’s clothing brand, recently opened its first-ever Kansas boutique.

The retailer has moved into Leawood’s Town Center Crossing at 5000 W. 119th St., in a space previously occupied by outdoor gear and clothing company L.L. Bean. The 670,360 square-foot retail center is a popular retail, dining, and entertainment destination in the Kansas City area.

The open-air lifestyle mall sits at the location of 119th Street and Roe Avenue in Leawood, Kansas. Notable nearby employers include the T-Mobile campus and AMC Theatres’ corporate offices. Aritzia is a vertically integrated design house that features thoughtfully curated artwork, an elevated lounge area, and personalized styling. The clothing retailer was founded in 1984 and sells a variety of lifestyle apparel through upscale retail stores across Canada and the United States.

Michael Brennan will receive Connect CRE’s Lifetime Achievement Award and will participate in the Keynote Interview with Kevin Brennan, also of Brennan Investment Group. Join us at Connect Industrial Midwest 2025 on the afternoon of Wednesday, March 5, at Joe’s Live in Rosemont, IL, for this exclusive presentation!
