Luxury Residential Tower on Lower East Side Launches Sales

Optimum Asset Management, a real estate investment and development firm, has launched sales at 222 E. Broadway, a new luxury tower and renovated landmarked loft building, the Art Deco Bialystoker building. Currently under construction with an anticipated early 2023 occupancy, 222 E. Broadway will bring 70 for-sale residences and a substantial collection of indoor and outdoor amenities to Manhattan’s Lower East Side.

““Designed by New York’s leading architects and designers, we believe that 222 E. Broadway represents a wonderful opportunity to call this one-of-a-kind development in the heart of the Lower East Side home,” said Matthew Barry, managing director and head of US operations at Optimum.

“When we picture the new developments that will transform the Lower East Side into a premier residential destination, 222 E. Broadway is what we envision,” said Richard Cantor, principal of Cantor Pecorella, the building’s sales and marketing agent. Prices start at $975,000.
