Luxury Reseller Commits to 60K SF at Starrett-Lehigh Building

Fashionphile, the luxury reseller headquartered in California, will lease more than 60,000 square feet at RXR Realty’s Starrett-Lehigh Building in West Chelsea. The 10-year lease represents Fashionphile’s initial presence in New York City.

“For Fashionphile, this is so much more than signing a lease to expand our East Coast operations,” said CEO Ben Hemminger.  In this beautiful space, we will be welcoming our customers – both shoppers and sellers – into the space to meet our brand in person, shop, sell, and even get a peek into how we authenticate, photograph, and process the items they see on Fashionphile.com.”

William Elder, EVP of leasing at RXR, said, “Starrett-Lehigh continues to grow as a hub for design and culture, attracting some of the most iconic brands as tenants.”

CBRE’s Jason Frazier and Jesse de la Rama represented Fashionphile. RXR was represented in-house by Dan Birney and Denise Rodriguez.
