Luxury Reseller Inks Second Location in SoHo  

4GSeller, a men’s luxury reseller, has signed a lease for a new location in SoHo with Manhattan Skyline Management. 

Owned by Vincent Ferraro, 4GSeller is known for offering a vast collection of authentic Chrome Hearts, an American luxury brand, and this showroom is their second in the city. The 925-square-foot space is situated at 107 Sullivan Street, at the base of one of the ten apartment buildings comprising Manhattan Skyline’s Sullivan Mews. The Mews provides a total of 155 residences in studio, one- and two-bedroom layouts. 

Joshua Roth of Skyline Management Corp Roth represented Manhattan Skyline in the long-term lease transaction. 4GSeller was represented by Neal Klotsman of Douglas Elliman.
