The Sutton, a 17-story residential tower located on the Willamette River in the North Pearl neighborhood of Portland, OR, has opened its doors. Developed by Lincoln Property Company, the 236-unit community is comprised of studio, one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 400 to 1,650 square feet.

LPC developed the property with investor partner Bridge Investment Group, architecture firm TVA and general contractor Andersen Construction. The Sutton received the Commercial Association of Brokers’ “Multifamily Development of the Year” award for its high-quality design and expansive views.

The Sutton’s location on the Willamette provides public access to the river and Portland’s popular trail system. Community amenities include a game room, multiple lounges, a coffee bar, a pet spa and a landscaped rooftop terrace with views of the river and Fremont Bridge. Additionally, the building features space for a ground-floor restaurant with indoor/outdoor seating along the waterfront.
