Luxury Mixed-Use Tops Out in Streeterville

The development team of Mavrek Development, GW Properties, Luxury Living, and Double Eagle Development, alongside general contractor Lendlease officially topped off at The Saint Grand, Streeterville’s newest mixed-use development.

The 21-story property at 218 E. Grand Ave. is being constructed at the corner of Grand Avenue and St Clair. Office tenant buildouts are expected later this year, with residential deliveries following in early 2024.

The project will add 248 luxury apartments to Streeterville, in addition to 45,000 square feet of office space and 7,500 square feet of street-level retail on the northeast corner. All are within walking distance to Lake Michigan and the dining, shopping and entertainment offerings of Michigan Avenue.
