Luxury Minneapolis Apartment Tower Welcomes Residents

A new luxury apartment tower in Minneapolis’ Downtown East neighborhood has opened.

The 4th and Park Apartments, a 350-unit, mixed-use, 25-story, high-rise, are owned and managed by Washington-based Weidner Apartment Homes. The property was developed in partnership with locally based Ryan Cos.

Located at the intersection of Fourth Street and Park Avenue, the apartments are just west of U.S. Bank Stadium. The building is also connected to the Sky Bridge, connecting the community to the U.S. Bank Stadium, Target Center, and City Center.

4th and Park features amenities, including a rooftop deck with a resort-style pool, cabanas, meeting rooms and offices, as well as a lounge and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Residents have immediate access to the downtown core and nearby public parks and music venues.
