Luxury Jeweler Signs Lease with Grosvenor in Union Square

Grosvenor secured a new 10-year lease with luxury diamond and jeweler Yadav Diamonds and Jewelry at 170 Grant Ave. in San Francisco’s Union Square neighborhood. Yadav is occupying 3,425 square feet of space on the fifth floor at the property.

“The Union Square neighborhood continues to be San Francisco’s best-known and most attractive upscale retail district,” said Nathan Lundell, VP, asset management for Grosvenor in San Francisco. “Luxury brands like Yadav and Bvlgari, who recently secured a lease at our property across the street, are drawn to this prime location due to its unique appeal. We are delighted to welcome Yadav to our growing roster of premier tenants in this vibrant community.”

Kelly Glass at Avison Young arranged the lease with Yadav. Last year, luxury designer Bvlgari secured a 9,000+-square-foot long-term lease at 200 Grant Ave. and the St. John Knits fashion brand committed to 1,500 square feet at 245 Post St.
