Luxury Condos Launch Sales in Forest Hills

BLVD, a luxury residential condominium project at 107-02 Queens Blvd. in Forest Hills, is launching sales. The 74-unit is being developed by RJ Capital Holdings, with KSK Construction Group leading the construction. The project broke ground in the third quarter of 2019 and is expected to be completed in Q4 2021.

“We are proud of this multi-faceted project – there’s been a lack of new construction in the neighborhood, and this is definitely meeting the demand for private, luxury multifamily housing in Forest Hills,” said Andrew Barrocas, CEO of MNS, the project’s sales team.

Michael Abramov at RJ Capital Holdings said, “BLVD is a much-needed addition to the neighborhood. With Forest Hills’ unique blend of retail, culinary and recreational spaces, we’re confident the development will resonate with the current demand in the market.”
