The Randall Davis Company is pre-selling units for the London House. The 12-story, 70,000 square foot tower at 2323 San Felipe St. will offer 23 residences overlooking the River Oaks community. The prices will start at $1.5 million and continue up to $4 million.

The design is meant to imitate the upscale Chelsea neighborhood in London. The size of the units will range from 2,725 square feet to 4,257 square feet with most plans offering private elevator entries.

All the units will offer unique floor plans, with the top two floors situated as penthouse apartments. Developer Randall Davis describes the communities niche, “Our goal is to create a smaller, more exclusive residence in a fabulous location with unobstructed views of River Oaks.”

John Cadenhead of Goree, is the architect. G.T. Leach is the general contractor.
