Luxury Clothier L’AGENCE Relocates on Upper East Side

Lee & Associates NYC represented 925 Madison Avenue Inc. in a new 10-year lease with luxury clothing brand L’AGENCE at 956 Madison Ave. on the Upper East Side. The lease consists of 1,800 square feet on the ground floor and 1,500 square feet on the mezzanine level.

L’AGENCE will be relocating from its current Manhattan location at 1011 Madison Ave. and is expected to open its new store in the first quarter of 2025.  

Peter Braus, Morris Dweck, and Annie Squier from Lee & Associates NYC represented the landlord, 925 Madison Avenue Inc. Simon Dallimore from Dallimore & Co. represented L’AGENCE.

In addition to New York, L’AGENCE has locations in Melrose Place, Beverly Hills, Malibu and Paris.
