A joint venture between Hyperion Group, Starwood and Winter Properties completed the 23-story Lumaire apartments in West Palm Beach Capital Group. The project at 201 Clearwater Drive features 457 apartments and more than 40,000 square feet of amenities. It’s situated along Clear Lake and on the west side of the city’s downtown.

With the opening of Lumaire, Hyperion has developed and completed over 1,500 residential units spanning over 2.5 million square feet in South Florida.  

Apartments in Lumaire range from studios to three bedrooms, and rent starts at $1,800. Amenities include an entertainment lounge with a billiard table and kitchenette, a pool deck with cabana beds, a game lawn with bocce, barbeques, a coworking center, a yoga lawn, a fitness center, a sports simulator room, a pickleball court, and a pet spa.

West Palm Beach-based Kast Construction was the general contractor of the project, while Miami-based Carl Levin Architecture + Design was the architect.
