The Agency, a boutique real estate brokerage spotlighted in the Netflix series 'Selling Beverly Hills," has leased space in Greenwich Village for its East Coast office

Luxury Brokerage The Agency Establishes Manhattan Offices

Arch Companies, a vertically integrated real estate owner, operator and developer, has secured a 10-year lease for the entire third floor of 88 University Pl. in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village. The 8,551-square-foot floor will be occupied by The Agency, a global real estate brokerage firm and the spotlight of Netflix’s Buying Beverly Hills series.

The Agency is expected to move into its new space in March. It will serve as the firm’s East Coast headquarters and will be led by Molly Townsend, SVP, managing partner of The Agency New York.

“After an extensive search of the market, The Agency chose 88 University Pl. for its headquarters due to the building’s amenities, location, and overall design,” said Scott Bogetti, corporate managing director at Savills, who represented The Agency. “I look forward to seeing their continued growth and success in the building.”
