Luxury Apartment Complex Opens in Chula Vista

Real estate developer Ryan Companies US, Inc. is celebrating the grand opening of The Avalyn, an eight building, 480-unit luxury multifamily rental community at Millenia, a master-planned urban village in Chula Vista, CA. 

Located in the Otay Ranch neighborhood, the Avalyn is comprised of one-, two- and three-bedroom flats as well as two-story lofts, live-work units and three-story townhomes. Amenities include a resort-style pool and spa, a speakeasy, fitness center and a live music studio. The property also features 14,000 square feet of commercial space.
