Lupoli Companies Presses $5M into Acqusition of 1880-Constructed Apple Cider Mill

Lawrence, MA-based Lupoli Companies, LLC has purchased 410 Great Road and 450 King Street, a 107,786-square-foot multitenant flex/Industrial building situated on 4.15 acres in Littleton, MA, for $5.3 million.

Micah Stubblebine and David Stubblebine of commercial real estate brokerage firm The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International, represented the sellers, M.I.R. Associates Realty Trust and 450 King Street LLC. Sean Fraser of Stonybrook Advisors represented commercial developer Lupoli Companies, LLC in the transaction.

410 Great Road, known as the Conant Houghton Co. Building – Old Mill, was built in 1880 and first used for evaporating apples and making cider and vinegar. As the industrial architecture evolved from the 19th century to the 20th, manufacturing in the property expanded to suspenders, military webbing and elastic weaving.

She supported two membership-elected presidents who were commercial real estate practitioners, and managed the communications initiatives of the organization’s commercial special interest group. When not following the latest commercial real estate news, Lisa is zeroed in on her charismatic off-the-track thoroughbred as she makes the transition from an utterly failed racehorse to a lovely show hunter.
