Luminate Data Signs 14K-SF Sublease at LA Office Tower

JLL has represented the sublessor in a challenging office market, arranging a 14,000-square-foot sublease at 5670 Wilshire Boulevard in Los Angeles. Entertainment data/analytics company Luminate Data, represented by Richard Abbitt and Ryan Shuler of Industry Partners, will use the new space for the growth of its business.

“In the current unpredictable economic environment, this deal represents the attractiveness of quality move-in ready office space,” said JLL’s Gabe Brown. “This particular office is located in a high-vacancy submarket, but offered not only immediate occupancy in a vibey creative space, but also provided a full floor with spectacular views within one of the premier Class-A office buildings in the area.

5670 Wilshire is a 27-story office tower offering 437,000 square feet of modern workspace. The sleek glass building is situated along Wilshire Boulevard and offers unobstructed views of the Hollywood Hills, Downtown LA, the Pacific Ocean and the Wilshire corridor.
