Lumber Business Expands with Fullerton Acquisition

Voit Real Estate Services SVP Garrett McClelland and senior associate Erik Sikes directed the $13.35-million acquisition of a 48,235-square-foot freestanding industrial warehouse on 2.21 acres in Fullerton. The team represented the buyer, 1450 Manhattan, LLC, based in Anaheim. This transaction is reportedly the largest Orange County industrial sale in consideration and square footage this year.

“This building was one of only a few 40,000–50,000-square-foot industrial buildings available for sale in Orange County,” said McClelland. “The property, ideally located in the heart of North Orange County, is the perfect location for the buyer to expand their lumber business.”

Byron Foss, Wade Tift, and Nick Carey of JLL represented the seller, Salher, LLC. The team also represented Salher, LLC in purchasing the building, located at 1450-1456 S. Manhattan Ave. in Fullerton, in 2020.
