LSE Crane Generates Capital to Invest Back Into its Business
LSE Crane & Transportation recently finalized the sale and leaseback of an outdoor storage industrial asset in Odessa. The tenant is a crane rental and service company based in Texas. Totaling 6.83 acres, the property sold for $120,000 more than the asking price to a private buyer.
Chelsea Mandel of Stream Capital Partners represented the seller in the transaction.
“This was a great opportunity for the owner to monetize his real estate and generate capital that could be invested back into the business,” Mandel said. “Investors like these outdoor storage assets as they provide downside protection through the residual value of the land.”
Since 1957, the company, a second-generation family-owned business, has been offering a wide variety of specialized services tailored to the oil and gas industry including steel erection, precast concrete erection, crane rental and rigging, and transportation and logistics services.
