LPC West and Intercontinental to Develop 9-Story Seattle Office

Real estate firm LPC West is partnering with Intercontinental Real Estate in closing on a future nine-story life sciences development near Seattle’s Space Needle. The new building on Fifth Avenue will be adjacent to another life sciences building the partnership already has under construction (pictured).

“This new building will add a striking addition to one of the nation’s preeminent markets for research and innovation,” said J.P. Harlow, SVP of LPC West in a news release. “We are thoroughly committed to helping meet the needs of one of the nation’s leading markets for life sciences, while further expanding our footprint in Seattle,” added Jessica Levin, Senior Director, Acquisitions for Intercontinental. 

The 195,000-square foot, Class-A building will feature views of the Space Needle, Climate Pledge Arena and the Puget Sound. The site offers full transit accessibility, with proximity to the Seattle Center Monorail, Metro Transit and Highway 99.
