LPC Southeast Tapped to Manage 1.5M-SF Newnan Industrial Facility

Lincoln Property Company Southeast has been tapped for the property management assignment at a 1,514,040-square-foot warehouse and distribution center in Newnan. The facility, which is slated to deliver mid-summer, will be home to The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co.

Located in Newnan, Georgia, the site of the new warehouse and distribution center is situated on approximately 84 acres in the Prologis Orchid Hills Industrial Park, just off I-85. Owned by Stonemont Financial Group, the property is being developed by Prologis with FCL Builders as the construction engineering firm. Goodyear is the largest manufacturer, distributor, and retailer of tires and auto services in the U.S., as well as one of the largest operators of commercial truck services and tire retreading centers.
