Lowe’s Hospitality at Work Tapped to Manage DTLA Office Complex

Hospitality at Work, a property management subsidiary of Lowe, has assumed management of two prominent office buildings in the downtown Los Angeles Financial District, totaling more than 400,000 square feet of prime commercial space.

The properties include Biltmore Tower, a 25-story high-rise at 500 S. Grand Ave., and Biltmore Court, a contiguous 11-story structure at 520 S. Grand Ave. Developed in the mid-1980s, the complex reflects the Beaux Arts architectural style of the adjacent landmark 1923 Biltmore Hotel, designed by Schultze & Weaver, the team behind New York’s Waldorf Astoria, while incorporating modern technology and conveniences.

The hotel and office properties are owned by Millennium Hotels and Resorts, a subsidiary of global real estate company City Developments Limited. Headquartered in Singapore, Millennium Hotels and Resorts is Singapore’s largest homegrown operator of international hotel brands spanning four continents and 150 strategic destinations.
