Lowenstein Sandler Expands With Trio of New Hires  

Law firm Lowenstein Sandler has expanded its Real Estate practice group by adding partner Julia E. Sanabria and new counsels Stephanie A. Felix and Abram L. Seaman-Baldaro to its team.  

Julia E. Sanabria specializes in commercial leasing and represents clients in a wide range of real estate matters, including joint ventures, loans, developments, and more. Stephanie A. Felix focuses on commercial leasing, while Abram L. Seaman-Baldaro works on various real estate matters, including leasing and financing.  

“Julia has closed deals in some of New York City’s most iconic spaces, and is widely recognized amongst lawyers, developers, and investors as one of the industry’s leading negotiators,” said John S.
