Lowell Industrial Property Trades for $3M

SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston has brokered the $2.8 million sale of a 44,472-square-foot industrial property in Lowell, MASS.

Located at 70 Industrial Ave. East, the property is located on approximately two acres. The property currently has 38,000 square feet of vacant space, which the buyer plans to offer to a mix of office and R&D tenants. The property is well suited for a medical device or lab company, testing facility or light manufacturing operation.

Marci Alvarado of SVN | Parsons represented the seller, Pagson LLC, in the transaction. The buyer was 4th Corner LLC.
