Lowe Completes First Mason and Main Apartment Complex

Real estate developer Lowe has completed the first of two nine-story multifamily buildings at Mason and Main, located in the Yesler Terrace neighborhood near downtown Seattle. The 335-unit complex contains a mix of one- and two-bedroom floorplans and features woodgrain plank flooring, quartz countertops and high-end appliances.

The second building is set to open in late 2022, and when Mason and Main is completed, the entire community will feature 6,800 square feet of ground floor retail, 315 parking stalls, a park and 137 of the 550 units will be set aside for people earning 65-80% AMI.

“Mason and Main was designed to honor the rich history of Seattle. We are proud members of the community and grateful for the opportunity to add much needed housing and contribute to the vitality of the neighborhood,” said Lowe’s executive VP Suzi Morris.

Greystar is providing property management and West Coast Commercial Properties is the retail listing broker. Leasing is underway.
