Lovett, NewQuest Teaming Up to Build 2M-SF Seguin Industrial Park
Lovett Industrial and NewQuest are teaming up to develop Seguin Exchange Commerce Park, a 164-acre Class A industrial campus in Seguin, Texas.
Upon full build-out, Seguin Exchange Commerce Park will deliver more than 2.0 million square feet of industrial and manufacturing space, with building sizes ranging from 30,000 to 1.3 million square feet. The development will accommodate both speculative facilities and build-to-suit users, including advanced manufacturing, logistics, and high-power operations.
The project is part of NewQuest’s 544-acre Seguin Exchange, a mixed-use development that will include retail, restaurant, entertainment, hospitality, medical, multifamily and industrial uses. The shopping center anchoring the project will total more than 750,000 square feet.
Leasing for Seguin Exchange Commerce Park is being led by Ty Bragg, Lee Jordan, and Ford Douglass of Cavender & Hill.
