Loudoun County Public Schools Doubles Space in Leesburg Tech Park

Loudoun County Public Schools has signed a lease with St. John Properties, Inc., for 11,760 square feet of space at Leesburg Tech Park, a four-building business community in Leesburg, VA.

900 Sycolin Road is a single-story building featuring 51,120 square feet of flex/R&D space, 16-foot ceiling heights, dock and drive-in rear loading and a free, surface parking lot. Leesburg Tech Park consists of approximately 160,000 square feet of commercial space.

The lease at 900 Sycolin Road more than doubles the presence of Loudoun County Public Schools within the 17-acre flex/research and development project to approximately 20,000 square feet of space. The entity also leases 8,280 square feet of space at 960 Sycolin Road, which houses the facilities and support services teams that oversee all construction, planning, asset management and maintenance for both existing and new school buildings.
