Lotus Capital Arranges $170M Loan for Final Golf Community in Palm Beach

Lotus Capital Partners, LLC, has arranged a four-tranche $170-million development financing package on behalf of Centaur Holdings for construction of a private residential community in Palm Beach.

Panther National will comprise 218 single-family estate homes, an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus signature golf course, a state-of-the-art golf training center, a 40,000-square-foot clubhouse and a health and lifestyle club. With no more land available for development, Panther National represents the last remaining luxury golf course community that can be built in Palm Beach.

The financing package from Monroe Capital consists of four independent lending facilities that are designed to function independently and activate at various points of the construction cycle for specific uses of construction. The structure includes two term loans, a revolver and a construction loan, which also has a revolver structured within it. According to Lotus Capital, the total borrowing capacity from the financing package will likely exceed $400 million.
