Lotte Wellfood Signs New Lease in NJ 

Lotte Wellfood Corporation, an international confectionery company, has signed a long-term lease for approximately 4,000 square feet at 65 Challenger Road in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey. 

Lotte Wellfood Corporation is a US subsidiary of Lotte Co., Ltd., a Japan/South Korean confectionery company. The firm will occupy Suite 201 at the Class A, 185,050-square-foot office property. The property offers on-site parking, a full-service café, fitness center.  

The lease was facilitated by Cushman & Wakefield’s James Yamauchi and Junji Miyake, who represented the tenant.
