Housing Lots Sell at MXU Singing Hills

Nearly 24 acres at Preserve at Singing Hills sold to homebuilders Ashton Woods Homes and Jeffrey Harrison Homes (a branch of Armadillo Homes) for an undisclosed price. The seller was SH-DHL Development LLC, which is developing the 250-acre mixed-use project at US 281 and SH 46 in Bulverde, TX, north of San Antonio. Todd A. Gold and Kimberly S. Gatley with REOC San Antonio represented the seller.

According to Gatley, approximately two dozen single-family houses have already been built in the area known as “Unit 1,” “and lots have been selling faster than anticipated,” she added.

In addition to residential housing, Singing Hills boasts a commercial component which is anchored by a 180,000-square-foot Walmart Supercenter. Also part of the development are 246,154 square feet of inline retail spaces, a Hampton Inn by Hilton hotel/convention center and more than 350 multifamily units.
