Lorimer Capital Launches to Provide “Tailored” Capital Solutions

Industry veteran Evan Bell launched Lorimer Capital, a new commercial real estate lending platform specializing in first mortgage and mezzanine bridge and construction loans across the eastern U.S. Bell is launching his new firm in partnership with longtime investment partners Ilan and Erez Rubinstein.

With a proven track record of successful collaborations, hundreds of millions of dollars in existing loans closed by the principals in the past 12 months and a substantial pipeline of upcoming deals, Lorimer Capital will focus on a broad array of commercial real estate asset classes including multifamily, for sale condominium, retail, office, hospitality and mixed-use.

“The market continues to experience growing demand from real estate sponsors for responsive, tailored and competitive capital solutions,” said Bell. “Lorimer Capital, which is built upon a reputation for prompt and reliable execution, provides custom and flexible financing options that address the unique needs of every project.”
