L’Oréal USA Opening 240K-SF Distribution Center at Tejon Ranch Commerce Center 

Tejon Ranch Co. (TRC) signed a 240,000-square-foot lease with L’Oréal USA that will result in the relocation of SalonCentric, L’Oréal USA’s professional salon distribution operation, to the Tejon Ranch Commerce Center (TRCC). The 1,450-acre master-planned commercial/industrial development is located at the junction of Interstate 5 and Highway 99, about an hour north of the Los Angeles basin.

SalonCentric will relocate its Valencia, CA, distribution center to Tejon. The St. Petersburg, FL-based distributor of salon professional products will occupy the balance of space in a 480,000-square-foot building TRC developed in partnership with Majestic Realty Co. and leased to Dollar General.

Tejon Ranch Co.’s Joseph Rentfro says, “SalonCentric’s decision to move its Valencia operations to TRCC, which is located just 40 minutes north of its current facility, underscores Tejon Ranch’s value as a proven and opportune place for companies wanting to locate and/or expand in California.”

CBRE’s Craig Peters represented the tenant. Colliers’ International’s John DeGrinis advised the landlord.
