Longtime Finance Tenant Renews at 200 Madison

George Comfort & Sons finalized a 10-year, 7,300-square-foot lease extension with Neville, Rodie & Shaw, Inc. (NRS) at 200 Madison Ave. The registered investment advisory firm will remain on the 20th floor through 2031, maintaining the property’s occupancy at 100%.

“We’re pleased to maintain our longstanding relationship with NRS, which has appreciated the first-class management and maintenance of their space for over 30 years,” said George Comfort & Sons’ president and CEO, Peter S. Duncan. “200 Madison Avenue’s proximity to transportation, classic Art Deco lobby, flexible floorplates, generous ceiling heights and plentiful light and air combine to create the ideal setting and work environment for our tenants, and the tower’s full occupancy is a testament to that appeal.”

Andrew Conrad and Matt Coudert represented George Comfort & Sons in-house. NRS had no broker representation.

George Comfort & Sons owns 200 Madison in partnership with Loeb Partners Realty and Jamestown.

Connect New York 2020 is set to take place on Wednesday, April 29 at Upper Story by Charlie Palmer. For more information, or to register, click here.
