Longtime 60 Madison Avenue Tenant Renews Lease with Moinian Group

The Moinian Group signed a 10-year, 10,000-square-foot lease renewal with Berkshire Blanket & Home Co. at 60 Madison Ave. in Midtown South. Coinciding with the renewal, Collected Strategies, a leading strategic communications and investor relations firm that signed a lease in the building last August, prepares to move into its space at the property.

The Moinian Group was represented in-house by Omar Sozkesen, VP of commercial lease. Berkshire Blanket & Home Co., a world-renowned brand and a tenant at the property since 2014, was represented by Gregg Cohen, principal, and Samuel Steinberg, senior advisor at Cresa.

“The renewal of Berkshire Blanket & Home Co., alongside the move-in of Collected Strategies, highlights the strong demand for high-quality, move-in-ready office space in Midtown South and the continued momentum across our Madison Avenue portfolio,” said Sozkesen. “60 Madison Ave. remains an attractive destination for a diverse range of tenants seeking well-located, thoughtfully designed workspace.”
