Longpoint Realty Partners Snags 218K-SF Industrial Facility in Peabody

Longpoint Realty Partners has acquired 11 Centennial Drive, a 217,592-square-foot, last-mile and distribution facility in Peabody, MASS. The sales price was not disclosed.

The property is situated within Centennial Park, a 300-acre campus comprising 2.5 million square feet of office, R&D, technology, warehouse, manufacturing, healthcare, hotel and restaurant uses. At the time of sale, the facility was fully occupied by Cardinal Health, one of the largest drug wholesalers in the United States. Cardinal Health utilizes the property as a regional distribution facility to supply medical equipment and pharmaceuticals to hospitals, pharmacies and doctor’s offices across New England.

Robert Griffin, Tony Coskren, Ed Jarosz, Matthew Pullen, Rick Schuhwerk, Samantha Hallowell, Brian Pinch and Lizzie Kusbit of Newmark’s Boston Capital Markets Group represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction.
