Long-Term Occupier Geodis Renews Lease
Supply chain management company Geodis Logistics LLC renewed 393,624 square feet for five years at 3700 Pinnacle Park Blvd. in Dallas. The company also extended a 616,875-square-foot lease at the same location for an additional year, meaning it occupies the entire one-million-square-foot building.
Ann Huntington with CBRE represented the tenant in negotiating the deal with landlord MEPT Gateway/Pinnacle Park LP. Bates Arnot with Hillwood represented the landlord.
Geodis has been a tenant in the building since 2001, and, according to CBRE, expanded over the years to occupy the entire building. The company, one of the leading supply chain management firms in the U.S., services 37 million square feet throughout 160 locations.
