Long-Term Leases Bring Somerset Industrial Park to Full Occupancy

Following the acquisition of the Cottontail Logistics Center in Somerset, NJ by CBRE Investment Management, CBRE has completed two new long-term leases at the Class A logistics park. Scentbird, a monthly subscription service that gives customers access to more than 700 fragrances, inked a 116,530-square-foot lease at 200 Cottontail Ln., while Calibre Scientific committed to 119,325 square feet at 202 Cottontail Ln. Lease terms were not disclosed.

The CBRE team of Kevin Dudley, Chad Hillyer, and Kate Granahan lead the leasing campaign at the complex and represented ownership in the negotiations. Nicholas Klacik with CBRE represented Scentbird, while JLL’s Gary Politi and Micheal Viera represented Calibre Scientific.

“We are delighted to announce these two long-term commitments at Cottontail Logistics Center, a state-of-the-art logistics complex strategically located in the heart of Northern New Jersey,” said Dudley. “With these two new leases, Cottontail Logistics Center is 100% occupied.”
