Long Island Seniors Housing Property Secures $29M 

Sculptor Real Estate and Benchmark Senior Living have landed $29 million in financing for Whisper Woods of Smithtown, a 101-unit assisted living and memory care community on Long Island, New York. The three-year loan was provided by an unidentified regional bank.  

The property, built in 2018, features comprehensive amenities and care services, and each unit features biometric medication safes and handicap-accessible bathrooms with roll-in showers and enhanced safety features. 

JLL represented the borrowers with a team led by Joel Mendes, Ted Flagg and Stephen Van Leer.
