Long Beach Office Complex Commands $35M

A Long Beach office complex, totaling more than 210,000 square feet, recently traded hands for $35.2 million.

Ocean West Capital Partners and Singerman Real Estate purchased the property, which is located at 100 West Broadway Ave. The seller was Adler Realty Investments, which was represented by a CBRE team headed by Vice President Kevin Shannon.

The Long Beach office complex encompasses two buildings at six stories each, which are 70 percent leased. Tenants include the City of Long Beach, Echo Global and Mental Health Association of America. Ground-floor restaurants are King’s Fish House and George’s Greek Café.

The building is ideally located in the central business district of Long Beach, near the Long Beach Convention Center and other attractions.
