Long Beach Medical Building Sells, Will be Repurposed

CBRE’s Bill Maher, Anthony DeLorenzo, Bryan Johnson and Gary Stache have arranged the $7 million sale of a Long Beach, CA facility to an undisclosed buyer. The property, located on West Wardlow Road, is a medical building with operating rooms that will be converted to office space for the buyer’s expanding business needs.

The 8.700-square-foot building is adjacent to I-405 connecting Long Beach to the rest of the region, and was originally constructed in 1964 with a remodel in 2017. 

“Freestanding, single-story building are ideal in today’s environment and are more desirable than ever since the onset of the pandemic,” said Maher, who represented the private seller. “Office properties with no elevators and no common corridors provide enhanced safety for employees and visitors alike.”
