Long-Awaited Carillon Parc to Get Underway in Southlake

The project has been trying to take shape in some form since 2016, and soon its expected to get going. The forthcoming project, named Carillon Parc, is located located in Southlake. Once completed, the development will deliver about 565,600 square feet of retail, restaurant, office and other commercial uses. The towns former mayor, John Terrell is heading up the project, “This is going to be the flagship, new diamond in the crown for the city of Southlake.”

The site will also feature 79 residential lots.

The developers claim the European-themed development will create about 1,200 new jobs by the time it’s completed. The site will also contain a roughly 9-acre city park. Carillon Crown will develop the site which, upon completion, will bring roughly 250,000 square feet of new office space to Southlake.

Carillon Crown expects groundbreaking to take place in April or May. According to Dallas Business Journal, the development will include a $4.5 million water feature that will be synchronized with music and lights.
