Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital Signs Sub-Anchor Lease

Progressive Real Estate Partners arranged a new 10-year lease with Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital (LLUCH) for an 8,400-square foot sub-anchor space at 16874 S. Highland Road in Fontana. The space is within the recently developed, Sprouts-anchored Highland Village shopping center that is directly adjacent to the I-210 freeway.

Paul Su, SVP of retail leasing & sales at Progressive, exclusively marketed the property and represented the landlord. Lon Mapes from LDM Commercial represented LLUCH.

LLUCH is part of the Loma Linda University Health organization, which encompasses Loma Linda University’s eight professional schools, six hospitals and more than 1,200 faculty physicians located across Southern California’s Inland Empire.

Su said, “We’re thrilled that LLUCH selected this location to expand their pediatric services in the Inland Empire and we’re excited to welcome them to the center. Medical tenants increasingly favor retail centers for their visibility and convenience, plus properties like Highland Village–with freeway pylon and entry monument signage–make it easy for families to find the facility.”
