Logos Faith Development, Cooperative LA Launch Partnership

Logos Faith Development (LOGOS), a Los Angeles-based, mission-driven real estate development firm specializing in transforming underutilized church land into affordable housing, is partnering with Cooperative LA, a Los Angeles-based owner’s representation and project management firm, to launch a $100-million affordable housing initiative in Southern California. Cooperative LA will collaborate with LOGOS by providing pre-construction, construction and closeout services.

Over a 24-month period, the partnership is set to co-develop approximately 300 units across the region. Additionally, LOGOS plans to leverage Cooperative LA’s use of artificial intelligence to enhance project efficiency and outcomes.

“This strategic partnership between [Cooperative LA founder Bryson Reaume] and his team at Cooperative LA has been years in the making,” said Pastor Martin Porter, founder and CEO of LOGOS. “Together, we are committed to ensuring that every project is built with excellence, delivers solid returns, and brings lasting value to the community. At LOGOS, we’re excited to unite our teams and expertise to make this collaboration truly great.”
