Logistics Tenant Commits to 133K SF in Baytown

A&R Logistics has leased 133,333 square feet of tilt-wall, distribution warehouse at AmeriPort Industrial Park in Baytown. The tenant was represented by Charles G. Fertitta Jr of Colliers International, while developer National Property Holdings was advised by Colliers’ Robert Alinger.

AmeriPort Industrial Park is a 1,000+ acre, rail-served, master-planned industrial park comprised of over four million square feet of buildings and 55 miles of railroad with storage in excess of 3,000 railcars. The park’s location in Baytown provides distribution warehouse, manufacturing, and packaging facilities with easy accessibility and improved logistics that strengthen the operations of businesses located there, says Colliers.

“It is exciting to be part of the team and to advise A&R Logistics as it implements strategic plans and makes smart real estate decisions that help their customers meet their objectives,” said Fertitta, principal and director with Colliers’ Houston office.
