Logistics Provider Relocates to Romeoville

Colliers International | Chicago’s Mike Morgan, Brian Netzky and Jim Herbst represented King Solutions in its 138,000-square-foot warehouse lease at 200 S. Pinnacle Dr. in Romeoville, IL, within the I-55 Corridor industrial submarket.

King Solutions, providers of custom logistics solutions, will make the move from 500 Regency Dr. in Glendale Heights, IL when the lease commences in November.

200 S. Pinnacle Dr. has 42 trailer spots, 28 docks and 2,000 square feet of new office space. In addition, it features 32′ clear ceiling height, T-5 lights with occupancy sensors and expandable car and trailer parking. 

The property provides access to the U.S. supply chain infrastructure and distribution network via I-55, I-80, I-355 and I-294.
